Just got out my PS4 and started up far cry 3 again and man does that opening sequence set up the game and hatred for the antagonist. Gives me chills.

Life is strange. The opening scene sets the tone and gets you enough detail to keep you interested for the rest of the plot

I don't know if it's necessarily the best, but I've always been a fan of the opening to Day of the Tentacle. "I feel like I could... like I could... TAKE ON THE WORLD!!!!!!"

Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon starts with a theme song cutscene, like an anime opening. It made a pretty strong impression on me as a kid. Perfectly sets the wacky tone of the game, and the song is pretty uplifting, too.
