I am generally wary about upgrading, and was just wondering how it is going so far with the bugs etc.
Is there anything that jumps out at anyone that they really like about Windows 11? I only use my computer for school and gaming.

No need to upgrade before 2025/2026 until Win10 security updates getting discontinued.

Just go ahead. I didn't encounter any bugs yet. Everything runs smoothly.

Did MS follow the good os/bad os cycle that they've been going on since 95? If they did I'll just wait till windows 12 or whatever the next is

I don't see any reason to upgrade

Other than how the OS looks, upgrading didn't change my experience.

From what I've heard, they managed to break the cycle finally. But I'm not aware of any improvements that I find worth the effort of upgrading yet. For once I have a stable system that doesn't have weird game crashes or stupid performance issues, and I'll be damned if I lose that in the hopes of better HDR support.

Apparently performance is pretty much the same, but a lot of the UX design is atrocious and people are downloading programs to circumvent problems and annoyances. 'If it ain't broke don't fix it' is why I won't be updating any time soon.

That being said, if you have a newer Intel CPU you may see benefits stemming from the new hardware scheduler.
