There’s two types of people in this world: People that used to screen peek and people that lie about screen peeking

Nope. The third kind is the sort that got tired of it and built a little contraption to block each other’s view of the screen. It was the best piece of junk we ever made.

True, but you get that that point because people look at each other’s screen which makes them screen peekers

It's accessible to everyone with the same amount of effort therefore looking at the other players screen is part of the meta.

I did. It's how you played games back then. It was a legitimate part of the game, with levels being designed around being able to identify where people are.

In my defense, so did everyone else.

Definitely did. Couldn't help it at times as I got used to the halo maps. Just the colour coming from their screen in my peripherals gave me an indication of their location on the map.

Yes, and very openly. We either tried to rig something up to hide parts of the screen from eachother or made being able to look at the other person's screen part of the game.

It's virtually impossible to not see the other screen when you're gaming. That said, there are people who relied on it and people who tried not to. I never knew anybody that lied about it.
