Fallout 4 has good gunplay and you can build bases. It's not great as a RPG though, certainly not when compared to New Vegas. If you get it, make sure to get Far Harbor

Try plaging Sleeping Dogs if you like an openworld triad game bassed in hongkong. Its one of the best openworld games imo
