For game sequel to a film’s story, one I can think of is Scarface: The World is Yours.
You’re basically playing as Tony Montana if he survived the shootout that killed him at the end of the movie.

the gameplay seemed mediocre but i loved the film, they did an awesome job in the remaster too for it being a mod
