I hear people criticize Nintendo all the time, personally. Wouldn’t ever really say that they “get away with it” more than anyone else.

I mean I view Nintendo as one of the most pro consumer gaming companies. They just provide a product without any BS or micro transactions or any crap. Full games.
I don't care about fan games or content or any of that stuff.

It could be argued that the games they put out aren't always highest quality despite being full priced and basically never going on sale. Their refund policies aren't great either.

Sure Nintendo makes great games. But them as a corporation are terrible. Joy con drift no refunds on digital games. Not allowing YouTubers too show gameplay of there games I can go on and on.

People don’t boycott there games when they as a corporation do something terrible. But the moment Sony and or Microsoft does the same thing they will boycott them.

Because Nintendo has it's separate set of customers and their market corner nobody can touch. Neither Playstation nor Xbox can compete with Nintendo.
