Hardest game you’ve played? (Even if it was only one part or one enemy)
[removed]
Open world games. I want maps a third the size but three times the density. Please. That or more games that have multiple levels of small open worlds. The Hitman series does that perfectly, but you can do it with much more linear games as well.

Is controller support for games broken for anyone else? A week ago ea forced an app uodate that removed original and added their new app, ever since then, every ea game I own, the controller either is busted, or straight up doesn't work.
I can use mouse and keyboard, but I like playing mass effect with a controller and it just doesn't work.
I also use joystick to fly in bf4 and now thats broken.
And it's only ea games with these controller issues, has anyone else experienced this?
Going back to Origin also doesn't help, neither does reminding keys.
If there are better subs to look for information regarding this, please tell me.
Gotta be Getting Over It. If it is just about one enemy, it is most definitely Malenia from Elden Ring.
Getting over it was a masterpiece, gotten over it 5 times so far.
Why do old games open so quickly, why do i wait 1 to 2 minutes to reach the main menu in a 2022 triple A game while when i click the dead space 2 logo on my dekstop in a litteral second im in the main menu
What games would you recommend for a beginner?

A kid (if so, age?) or an adult with no gaming experience? System preference?
I’ve never played Dead Space (original). Should I just play the remaster and then 2 and 3, or should I play the original and then the remaster?
For an adult with no gaming experience. In PC =)
Access to a PC with reasonable gaming capabilities? Or willingness to upgrade? Or is this more of a "what can I play on the $500 laptop I bought 2 years ago" situation?
I would say it's pretty decent. I work in the architectural field and often have to render and use 3D software. I'm also willing to upgrade if necessary.
A few ideas depending on what genre you're interested in:
Any Lego game is also pretty safe and they're generally high quality. I'd stay away from heavy online games (such as battle royale games). They're not friendly for newbies.
>Rayman Legends
Many thanks! I will definitely try one of those
DAE game bc it is literally the only place anymore where they don't face constant criticism?
DAE game bc it's literally the only place anymore where they don't face constant criticism? At my job, I swear if I saved a bus load of children from a burning building, not only would I never get a "thank you," they would find SOMETHING about it to nag me about. Right now I'm working on Level 41 in Pokémon Go bc I can do it right after work and there's no way to "mess it up." Thanks for listening, this has been your TedTalk
@spencer1989 Ooh! Do you have PC recommendations? I work w 3D modeling and CAD and need to replace mine and have no idea what to get. I know I want portable and it would be nice if I could also draw with a real pen-and-paper feel with no delays, because I'm also good at drawing by hand and would love to be able to that as well. I also like a "substantial" feel to the keyboard, a lot of keyboards feel to shallow to me when I type. I'm trying not to spend a fortune.
Haven't played the remaster but the original feels a bit dated in terms of mechanics nowadays. I'd say go right to the remaster given how good the reviews have been.
I think you need a new career, or at least a new boss.
i loved dying light 1 and was my fav since its release played dying light 2 at release was a disappointment .... anyone got a recommendation for a game like dyinglight that has same feels/mechanics
Play the remaster, it has a lot of great QOL improvements that the original didn’t. Then play 2 and skip 3.
I feel like dying light 1 was a really unique experience and that no other game (at least yet) will capture. I feel the exact same about the sequel. Played and finished it shortly after release and haven't touched it since. It just doesn't feel the same

What is the most badass fight in video game history
I want to connect my ps5 to a vpn. It says I need to go through my computer. I have a laptop around 5-6 years old, is this good enough? Or will the internet connection on the ps5 be really slow?
Is the new Dead Space worth picking up if I didn’t play the original? I own it but never actually played it, so I’m not sure if the upgrades would be worth experiencing the remake first, or if I should just play the one I already own.
(Note: I’m not asking if it’s worth $70, I know that’s a different question altogether. I just wanna know if it’s worth the purchase if I’ve never played the original)
I've seen a lot of comparisons between the tw0 - haven't played the original, so here's what I've seen so far;
There are also new unlockables to the game as well. If you beat the game on the hardest difficulty (same as hard mode, but you're only allowed one save slot and dying deletes your file), you'll unlock the infinite-ammo super weapon from Dead Space 2 for use in later playthroughs. >!Yes, the foam finger returns.!< Also, the hardest difficulty adds a special objective to gather collectables to unlock a new ending.
Is there like a good game that has anime like graphics thats like constantly updated with new content and its not a gacha ( something like genshin with endgame but no gacha )
Can someone suggest some games to get on steam? (Most preferably Co Op) to play with my brother. He was telling me to get Fallout 76 and Ghost Recon Breakpoint but I've got no idea if they are good experiences or not.
Yes I think it is absolutely worth it. As someone who never played the original. Everything from the new lighting and graphics upgrade really make a difference and I’m really enjoying my time with it!
Sure thing. I'd suggest watching the trailers on YouTube and grabbing the one that interests you the most. Much more likely to enjoy your experience if you know what to expect and are intrigued.
Old Snake vs Liquid Ocelot. Easy
Why isn’t Sifu more popular? It had a big sale on PlayStation like two weeks ago so I bought without really knowing anything about it, and it’s very good. The gimmick is super cool, the gameplay is really fun, and the narrative is compelling. So what gives, why am I just now finding out about this game?
Cool, thank you! I appreciate it!
No Problem Man. Enjoy!
Oh is it out now?
Dante vs Vergil in DMC3
Bold of you to assume that gaming would be the only thing I would fix.
Yep it came out on Friday!!!! Been playing it all weekend!
i love the lego video games, lego starwars, lego dc, they're just so great
