I really slept on Battlefield 5

Haven’t owned a BF game since BF1 which was alright, but never compared to BFBC2 for me. I have played BF3/4/2042 at friends but never liked any of them.

Finally decided to jump into BF5 because it’s 80% off ($11 CAD) on PS4 right now, and wow; it’s one of the best shooters i’ve played in a long time. Apparently it isn’t being updated anymore which sucks, but after playing it about 8 hours over this weekend i’m hooked.

This game went completely under my radar after the last installments in the series.

I’m coming back to it after I think two years away the fact it’s not being updated is a blessing mate trust me and you’re new to it. Now the guns will never change you can master them knowing DICE cunts won’t change them again. One of the main reasons I left. But the gunplay is very solid.

bf5 was pretty fun when i played it but i only played it for maybe a week around launch i went back to bf1 and gta5? at that time, cant remember exact game i was playing

The gameplay was fantastic but the game itself was riddled with problems, which ultimately distracted people from its strengths.

A lot of bugs, crashing, glitches, that sort of thing. I remember a bug where a plane's engine noise would play for the entire match, and it could be heard across the entire map. And after they patched that out there was the same thing with the parachute flares. Also, visibility was a massive issue as well. People could just lie down and practically disappear.

LOL you might be right actually i only started playing during pacific dlc and didn't have much of any bugs

yeah it's map rotation is MUCH better than 1's. Game was real fun
