Pretty much. There's zero quality control so spam, bots, and junk like this floats to the top. This is also one of the worst uses of this effect I've ever seen.

You guys are funny :) No Facebook for this guy. That's a quagmire of negativity, data collection and the needy requiring self validation.

This was just an old gif I found in a folder from 2013 that I figured people might like, sorry you don't.
