Yeah it’s nice to pet them haha. I wouldn’t recommend petting cattle without the owners permission (incase the cattle don’t like people), but maybe you could pet a calf/cow if you went to an open farm, petting zoo, or something like that :]

Ooh best of luck with them! They should be far cheaper to keep and get than cattle, so at least that. They’re cute little things too!!
