Most certainly not 80’s or 90’s. Prefab concrete elements with visible joints with the occasional sand blasted cladding made of crushed stone is definitely a product of the record years - 1966-74

Pretty cool! If you want to limit the colors even more, I do believe you could replace orange with some clever shading. Not that it accomplishes much more than bragging rights about the number of colors, lol.

Not all Eastern Europe countries belonged to the Soviet Union. E.g. Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, were under the influence of the Soviet Union but technically they didn’t belong to the Soviet Union.

I know right. I'm Polish :) We didnt belong directly to the Soviet Union but everything was soviet-influenced including housing architecture. Here we call such building post-soviet or post-communist.

Winnipeg, Manitoba. Newer areas have more modern looking buildings of course, but older areas (built maybe 40+ years ago?) look exactly like this. This was literally the view from my last apartment.
