there is a second cook line off to the right that isn't in the image. there's a splitter above the image that divides the belt into two lines.

Right after the dough is split into 2, the conveyor goes off screen, and when it comes back on, the dough appears to no longer have doubled.

Because it is a production line. The rate of tortilla output already included the dough being divided (not doubled).
