Yup! The medium I suppose is a sand table- I design the art in illustrator and then export it out for my table to read. Homedics copied their design from Sisyphus and their customization is really lacking for what I like to design in the sand.

I’m pretty sure they had a similar table at Costco too because I definitely remember seeing one of these in person and I’m pretty sure it was Costco lol
