It’s been excellent in my experience. Hard to find anything that’s not on there and in Lossless. Not to mention the convenience which is the main selling point with everything Apple. Try it for a month to see how you like it.

Alright you convinced me. My only hesitation was the lack of a proper Windows client aside from Itunes and them shutting down Cider but i just saw there is a dedicated app coming soon anyways

Is there a dedicated windows program coming? The main thing pushing me away from Apple Music is iTunes sucks and the lack of lossless support on Windows.

Yes. They have released a “preview” app for windows that works fine but I believe it’s windows 11 only right now.

Oh I wasn't aware of that, I'll keep an eye on that, thank you!

I believe the website also has a little tab in it where you can stream in the Apple preview’s quality; it’s on the website, not the iTunes app for windows.

The Apple Music Android App works great on Windows 11 Android Subsystem. Just needs to be sideloaded since it's obviously not available on the Amazon App Store for Windows but is easy enough to do. So far the only feature I found missing is Dolby Atmos. https://imgur.com/a/tmoXpcp

Lossless is actually supported on Windows, just hidden in the mess that is iTunes settings. You may also need to have a compatible dac/amp in order for it to allow you to set your audio to 24b/192khz, however as I always used it with my Fiio dac connected I cannot tell for sure.

Makes sense, tougher choice as a Windows/Android user. You could always try Tidal next month to compare.

Theres a beta Apple Music app for windows, it has lossless and works just fine, it won’t take much time until they release the final version
