If you have a multimeter and a removable headphone cable/aux cable/something you can use to probe the output of your headphone jack, you could estimate it from the voltage.

Just open this up on your phone's web browser.

And place the bottom of the phone (where the mic is) into one of the ear cups.

It's a free decibel measuring tool.

Hereis a video of how I used it to measure the decibel coming out of my headphone.

Terrible. Talk about inaccurate.

You need to know the power going into the headphones then some simple math using the sensitivity and impedance will tell you the decibels.
