If anything, the bass boost is the thing that's going to cause hearing loss.

yea that's what i heard,, so does that mean if the bass slider is off, all should be good?? idk anything about any of this stuff lmao

On or off, just don't turn up the volume too loud. To much bass is bad because it makes a lot of air pressure inside the ear but that's also at high volume. Just don't listen to loud in general.
