I have personally never heard about this issue. I've been using headphones since quite a young age and have not noticed anything of the sort. Anyhow, I don't think it's ever a good idea to spend too much time obsessing over skull shape-- that's what phrenology is, and they got nowhere.

I wouldn't say I'm obsessed over skull shape, I would just say that I am concerned for my health and it is quite scary to think about this.

A headphone CANNOT dent your skull.

It's just your hair that flattens and looks like dog water.

Which is why I shaved it all of at the age 20 and it had nothing to do with me going bald anyway, I swear.

Dude, if you like down in bed the force of the mattress holidng your head up is more than a headphone clamp force. Does it dent your head? No.

Lay off the skunk for a week or 2 bro.

This post reminded me so much of the time I got really high and bought a water filter because I become convinced hard water was gonna give me kidney stones.

Or that other time I was really high and smashed a glass and then had to throw away the whole meal I made cos I was paranoid tiny bits of glass had gone into my meal.

Or that other time... And the other time... Oh and that other time....

LOL!

thanks for all the comments and downvotes, I'm not trying to spread misinformation, I'm just a bit panicked at the moment. when I first learned about the dent I researched it and came to the conclusion it was temporary. But I became weary that's all.

Only if it's a Audeze, coz they weigh so much they can crush your tiny skull...
