Open back headphones do not leak that much unless you're listening really loudly, you can confirm this with dongles/devices that have those estimations (still not that accurate) for decibels or volume hearing levels, see here for more info: https://www.reddit.com/r/headphones/comments/11a5ysg/qudelix_5k_and_moondrop_kato/j9r0kp2/
Open back headphones barely have noise reduction/isolation. Whenever people use them outside, they'll get tempted to raise the volume to drown out the external noises and this is not good for your hearing health. Try closed back headphones (with ANC or not) or wired IEMs instead or better yet, TWS earbuds (with ANC or not) when going outside, those will have better passive noise reduction.
Try Bluetooth ANC headphones or TWS earbuds instead, or wired IEMs.

For noise reduction/isolation, try Etymotics, they'll beat top of the line ANC from Sony/Apple/Bose/etc. Make sure to try Comply P (or Comply T(x)100) foam ear tips before giving up as the deep fit can be a dealbreaker.
Some more info on Etymotics, Adorama links to get them for $50-70, ear tips (has some info on custom ear tips, custom IEMs) for them, TWS adapters and neckband adapters for them, et cetera: https://www.reddit.com/r/headphones/comments/10lyo41/earphones_that_wont_fall_out_of_my_ears/j60alja/

And yup, you can use those 3M noise reduction earmuffs too or so for factory workers and so on, they should be available on Amazon. You can probably use them with a lot of wired IEMs and TWS earbuds.

The downvoting is ludicrous! I have both Sony WF1000-XM4, AirPods Pro and Etymotics and with voices the Ety’s are hands down the best option. If you are in an office, the ANC from Apple and Sony cancels all background noises, making voices clearly audible. With the ETY’s everything is muffled
