Are these better than the standard ear tips that most earbuds come with? Is it worth a buy?

Foam has its place, but I prefer silicon tips almost all the time.

oh yeah, I like the increased sound isolation and they stay in my ears better than silicone.

For me, foam has better isolation. But foam expands and put a lot of pressure in the ear canal. So silicone is much more comfortable. I prefer silicone as comfort is more important to me.

I find them a little annoying. They get dirty, are not easy to clean so I prefer silicone.

It depends. As with all things it will depend on you. I've never been able to get a good fit or seal with any foam tips I've tried-- so they're off the table for me.

It depends. For my main wireless buds I can only get a seal with foam. But my iEMs, I actually enjoy the silicone.

Foams seal better, thus better isolation more clear acoustics. But you can’t wash them with soap or alcohol, you need to buy new ones every month (at least for me). It costs much more than silicon
