Hi,
While cleaning my Sennheiser HD 428 from dust and small hairs i accidentally dented the dust cover (?) part with an blunt needle, does it affect the sound quality now? how to get it back to previous state?

I have bad news for you...what you've dented is actually not the dust cover but the driver diaphragm, and that will most likely affect the sound. This can potentially be fixed with a little bit of suction applied to those dents once you remove the cover and gain access to the driver.
