You can start by asking your local audio store or electronic repair workshop.
It's not a difficult job really.
Unless it's a tiny IEM or has a very difficult design to repair.

Thanks, I’ve tried contact the few local electrics repair places I have near by. Unfortunately no dice. I appreciate you though.
