I got the same headband cover for my edition xs. I don’t mine the look of it since it only sits on my desk. You can see in my post on how it looks with it on.

Do you find it helps with the clamping? I hear you too, mine are just inside too.

The headband helped with some clamping. I remember the headphone falling of easily without the band.
