I didn't know about the nozzle diameter when I ordered the zero. Too big for my ears, I had a similar issue with the moondrop quark even tho the nozzle is thinner. Etymotic ER2SE have even thinner nozzles and I find them much more comfortable despite the added depth. Either way, I got my zeros to seal with the smallest xelastec tips without pushing them all the way in making them comfortable enough to use.

Agree, the only reason I got the Chus were the spring tips, which I find too short/shallow so I've ended up never using them.

I keep the Chus in my office for work calls, they're quite handy

Real. After my Chu's had filter issues and I tried (and failed) to replace them, I simply gave up because they didn't sound any better than my Titan S and the non detachable cable was a pain. The metal housing and fit was awesome, but as long as that cable is stuck to it I don't want any part of it.

I'd be curious to know what the exterior Amazon ASIN label showed.

Right now you can order a Shoyeido leaf incense holder in desert sage, and receive one in red crimson. Near as I can tell all of the boxes labeled desert sage contain crimson. I tried exchanging my crimson leaves for the correct item twice, was told to keep the last one AND refunded for the purchase. Free red crimson leaf.

Even if you did the thing where you tried to correct the order, chances are you'd just open-box however many of the same item and then eventually get them for free. Amazon is magical.

The only thing I ended up using was the little pouch. They just don't fit my ears at all, but they do sound good. I keep them in a drawer for giving away to someone who needs it.

I've ordered hundreds of items off Amazon over the years, and the closest they've come to ever delivering me the wrong item is that I got the GameOne headphones in black even though in the picture they were white. From my experience they run an incredibly tight ship, although I guess it could vary among different distribution centers.

I suspect the huge strike going on in my country right now (France) might have influenced what items were shipped. I'm unsure if that's the case, but for the most part, Amazon has been very consistent with what was delivered to me. So, yeah, seems like the most likely culprit.

Truthear zeros are basically Harman target and I personally love them. Of course they do have the usual IEM weakness with accurate but not impactful bass. Outside of that best $50 you can spend in my opinion.
