Yes, most of it is a higher stiffness tpu so it's Uber durable.

Cool! I saw something similar on Thingiverse I think and was curious how comfortable it would be.
I only have a resin printer and no headphone that would be compatible with the design so I've never tried printing it.

I have them on my etsy right now it's not just a cover though, it fully replaces the headband. Easy to install and easy to uninstall. I can't link it here because of the rules, but if you Google "CapraAudio etsy" you'll come across it.

Question, how does the strap connect? I have a pair of 545s, and parts are interchangeable, but the tan that holds the headband pads are more of a ring than a tab compared to the 600s
