My journey from left to right. I was and am still looking for the one that would reign them all. I just finished college and I burned all the money I had on Headphones in the past 2 years. I will have to sell some but for now, I just sit back and enjoy. This post is to celebrate the end of an era. Surely not my headphones journey (I still haven't heard Abyss 1266, Stax, susvara...)
One thing is for sure, diminishing returns hits hard pasted 1k but I had to explore it anyway. I will sadly (for my wallet) not do a full circle to HD650, no way. I'm still confused by what I like and what I'm looking for. I think I will focus on critical listening to understand what I'm hearing.
I learned that mood is the thing that influence the most my listening, not cables, amps or dacs. That's why I've put all my money on Headphones, but feel free to send me a burson if you found one at the bit store.
