Hello, I bought the headphones from the title, I bought an adapter that would let me plug them in my iPhone, and when using them on my phone, there's no hiss at all. When I plug them into my PS4 controller, again, no hiss. But when I plug them into my laptop, the hiss is constant, and because I don't listen to music at max volume, I can pretty much hear the hiss all the time, when listening to music (during more quiet parts), while watching YouTube vids, Netflix, whatever. It's unbearable, but I don't want to return them since I actually like them when I use them on my phone or on my console. I just love to watch stuff on my laptop so it's actually a significant problem for me. So my question is: how can I fix it? I've heard that they're very sensitive and that's the cause, but is there anything I can do to remove the hiss? (preferably without spending 50$ on some accessory, since I bought the headphones for like 18$) Thanks in advance.

Easiest solution would be to get a dongle and plug it in the usb port of the laptop and then use the IEM's through that.

You could get another dongle for the Laptop, Apple Type C to 3.5mm will work, youll just need to additionaly get a Type C(female) to Type A(male) adapter if your laptop doesnt have Type C ports.

Ive seen some Lightning to Type A and Type C adapters too, so maybe your current dongle will work with adapter like that connected to the laptop. Though cant recommend which one to get as its bit more complicated with those connectors, MFi certifications and such...
