Where to get hifi quality music files?

I just recently got my first IEM the Salnotes Zero and i am very glad i got it. It's just a whole another level of experience from my older main streams earphones. So now i have the gear all i want is high quality audio files to get a full audiophile experience. So please tell me all the options available. BTW I live in the Indian subcontinent so tell me if those options are available.

My personal methods are Bandcamp, and buying CDs and ripping them to .flac files.

Though bulk of my listening is lossy via spotify.

44.1/16 FLACs are pretty much all you need. You can either download from sites (deezer, qobuz, bandcamp, etc) or rip from CDs. For harder to find genres/music, just pirate them

I download from Bandcamp or Tidal Store or rip from CDs. For streaming, Spotify and YouTube are the only platforms which still do not provide lossless quality AFAIK.

The music can be downloaded but the user does not have access to the downloaded files. The music needs to be purchased (i think AMU allows this in the store?) before getting the files, I think.

yohoohooo ~~~ try the solutions here or it's time to sail the seven seas! If you want high quality recordings of old classics on vinyl the pirate life might be the only viable option.

Congrats if you really can distinguish between 320k @44.1kHz 16b MP3 and something like 24b, 96kHz FLAC, even on the best possible equipment.

Because although it's the greatest hi-res library in the world right now, it still is a pirated & illegal means of distribution. So I was trying to be a little discreet about it until you came along.

For purchasing CD-quality or better FLAC files, my go to sites are Presto for Classical/Jazz and 7Digital for rock/pop. HDTracks is a backup option, but their prices stink and they don't allow re-downloading.

I wanted to echo a +1 for Qobuz. You can stream in hi-def for most everything, or buy DRM free files if you so desire. best of both worlds.
