I first the band broke and I didn't want to buy a new headband so I took a wire hanger and particularly thick microphone pop filter and created a new headband. I used some vice grips to bend the hanger into shape and it is shockingly comfortable. The drivers are hot glued to the pads which are the stock pads and grado gs1000 pads
