IMO ambient stuff usually sound really good through the K712. Try some solar fields, look out for the tracks 'sol', 'sombrero' (I prefer the original masters of both, the remasters kinda suck), 'a new window', 'undiscovered stories'.

As said before, avoid youtube's crushed audio if you can.
