I wonder if there is a 2.4ghz wifi adapter to transform IEM wired to IEM wireless ?

You mean a Bluetooth adapter? Fiio sells some adapters that make your wired IEMs become true wireless.

That would be for live performances, musicians use systems like the "Xvive U4 Wireless". But that's not 'wi-fi', that's just 2.4GHz

There will be some 2.4ghz or similar receivers intended for use with instruments and for pro stage monitoring but, I've never used them. Try a store for musicians.
