I know there already many posts about the 7Hz Timeless but I just wanted to share my thoughts with a crowd that will understand them :). I bought a few head- and earphones over the years but since my first (Shure SRH940) nothing that really flashed me that much. About three months ago I decided that I wanted to buy something that sounded really good and wasn’t overly expensive. After a bit of reading I ended up with the 7Hz Timeless. The fact that they are a planar magnetic IEM was intriguing as well since I hadn’t heard a planar headphone before. I got them probably two months ago and really like them a lot.

They are very comfortable, I actually feared that I wouldn’t be able to wear them for a longer period because of the circular form but don’t really feel them at all. I can clearly hear the locations of the music instruments and they are very clear without being fatiguing. They still sound in your head but somehow feel more open than what I’m used to from other earphones. What surprised me the most was the bass. It has a lot more than what I usually like but boy do I love it. It just works, it’s punchy, tight and fun and it doesn’t drown out the rest of the music.

I’m probably not as much an expert as some here so I feel a bit silly being so excited about these but I genuinely think they are fantastic.

Don't feel silly at all, they are my favourite IEMs as well.

Thanks, that's good to know.
I've seen a lot about it being over hyped and such. Therefore I'm not sure how good they really are (I know you can always go higher ;) ).

If they sound good to you then that is what matters. I have some silly priced headphones but I have never felt the ned to replace the Timeless with something better.
