How likely is wax going to damage IEMs if it gets past the filter?

I just upgraded from the blessing 2 to the Mest mk2 and the filter isn't replaceable. More importantly on the Mest, the holes for the filter are much larger meaning fine particles can pass through. I have really dry and broken up ear wax. I'm afraid smaller bits can pass through the Mest filter. If this happens, to what extent can it damage the IEMs?

tldr; i have really small powder-like earwax, what happens if it passes through the IEM filter?

With my pinky and these little scooper things that I found in the ear aisle at the drug store. They're like little shovel looking things made of soft plastic

perhaps you could try using tips that include filters. Azla Max (silicone) and Comply (foam) are the ones i know of.
