So most of my IEMs have MMCX connectors, the Andromeda, Solaris, Euclid, FH9 etc. and their MMCX cables freely rotate. I am just concern will this shorten the life-span of their MMCX sockets?

I am a newbie DIYer so I'm not able to replace connectors with 2 pin ones

They should be tight enough to not freely rotate on their own, and require some deliberate effort to rotate. If you aren't constantly rotating them every now and then, you should be fine.

The quality of cable and connectors varies on the maker.

I have Dunu Titan 5, that goes strong for more than 5 years now.

And unfortunatelly both my Tin Audio IEMs have issues with MMCX connector
