To me, the HD560s has better "clarity" compared to the Clear OG, but it also can be a bit too bright at times, depending on the recording.

Because it was a simple question (with less than 10 words, total) asking about the headphones themselves, and I never assume what sources people plan to use them with.

Applying equalization creates phase anomalies. Note that the more expensive the audio equipment, the less likely to have tone controls --and if available, allows the user to fully remove them from the sound path.
