I recently purchased the set of TWS earbuds (JBL Tune 130NC). I have experimented with different sized tips and combinations, I am able to get a good fit if I stretch my ear and insert the devices with my current combination of the tips. Can I apply some sort of sticky glue-like material to the tips to increase friction and reduce the chance they fall out? Or is this a bad idea in case it causes an ear infection, dirty ear canals, etc…?

Have you tried bi flanged? My ear canals are too wide for most large tips, but bi flanged fits like a dream

you can try something that forms to your ears like foam tips, just make sure to use em properly and replace them semi regularly. if you have budget to spare, I've also had good experiences with flexible tips like azla xelastecs or softear liquid silicon tips.

They shouldnt fall out if you have a good fit. You already stretch your ear so youre already doing it better than most people IMO. Ive seen some people at work lick there earplugs before stuffing them deep into the ear which is absolutly gross but go ahead and try that since its free if you want.
