If I listen to music for 13 hours a day, but my playback speed is 2x, does that count as 26 hours of music a day?

If this study is correct, listening to this will make me depressed in just a few seconds.

what about 4x playback speed 23 hours a day? 92 hours a day is too much?

It really comes down to the beats per minute of the tracks. At 126bpm, you are easily listening to hours of music in one hour.

We recommend only a few minutes of music a day in that case.
