My replacement 58x cable came in 2.5mm. What's the point now I need an adapter. Edit. I bought adapters and they only work in one ear. So do I just need a dac and are they usually 2.5

They have, they're just not very common since it's balanced to unbalanced, kinda defeats the purpose i guess.
