Having terrible customer support from Apos Audio dealing with replacements and returns. Something that should take a few days is going to take at least a month just to get a response. Was looking to buy the same headphone from hifigo, but I saw similar reviews about how terrible their customer support was, even worse than Apos. I love amazon's return system, but there is a lot of audio gear that just isn't available on amazon.

Are there any brands that you have good customer support with and honors warranties?

Headphones.com . I've bought from them on numerous occasions and have returned items without hassle. Bloom Audio is solid too. I haven't purchased from any other retailers.

Headphones.com, Audio46, and Bloom Audio are the main 3 I'd recommend

I've heard Mimic Audio is good too, but I don't have any experience with them

I have had nothing but great experiences with Bloom audio, located just outside Philly. You can set up a demo of any product(s) if you’re in the area, if not, they include overnight shipping for orders over $500 (I think). They offer great support and have always been super responsive by phone and email, even if it’s a non-purchase related question. 10/10
