An aux cord into a Bluetooth transmitter? I can’t just plug in an aux cord into the Qudelix, it’s digital input only (USB-C)

Bluetooth Audio Transmitter will probably be your only choice here, but quality and latency will suffer.

Now... Does your headphones really need EQ this much to sound good in small handheld devices with somewhat low audio quality?

Yeah that's what I figured.

I am very picky, lol. I don't really need EQ, it's just very nice to have.

I can relate, but I feel any “solution” at this moment will bring enough problems that will outweigh the gains

You know it's a good device when a user wants to use it even if it's a lot easier to connect headphones directly to a source.

Yup, it really is that good. And they updated the EQ to 20 bands recently, which is just crazy. Not even the RME ADI-2 DAC does that.
