You must use 2,4 GHz headhones or just wired, no bluetooth codec has good enough (at least for me) latency for gaming (aptxLL is pretty good, but at the cost of audio quality), and that is without using the mic. The moment you use the mic, quality drops to the ground on all codecs.

Exactly the codecs like LDAC, AAC, SBC tipically are mentioned when just audio is sent to a headphone/earbud, not when the mic audio is in use. It is another mess when it is about codecs that take in count the mic.
