For me, they are the most value headphones out there. The soundstage is awesome and the mid are almost as good as hd600s. Its one of those few headphones that made me go 'wow'.

I came from the HyperX Could II, which was surprisingly good for a gaming headset. I heard it was a clone of a clone of the DT770Pro, the first time I tried on the DT770Pro it wasn’t much of a wow for me. Since it sounds very familiar I was just not that impressed. It sounded good, but doesn’t hit hard like the K701. Partially because it’s my first openback, the sound stage is just incredible.
