Unless your Hexa is underpowered even the bassiest DAC dongle wouldn't give it basshead level slam

Ok really? If you're cranking volume up to 70% of maximum just to be able to hear it you really should see a doctor about it. Most generally decent people here would say the same thing - hearing damage sucks and losing it would be even worse.

If you insist on a dongle, the Qudelix 5K comes with a great equalizer that you can use to tweak the bass closer to your liking.
