My wife and I have a slightly bizarre use case where we stream games from our living room PC to a friend who lives across the country. Today, we use a basic 3.5mm audio splitter, two Sennheiser 3.5mm headphones, and one USB Snowball mic. My wife wants the freedom to walk around the house but still be able to hear and participate in the conversation.

Is there a Bluetooth APTX LL adapter that lets us connect two headsets (both with microphones) to simultaneously use at the same time from one PC? APTX LL is a must because of the sub 100ms latency. I'm open to buying completely new APTX LL headsets with built-in microphones if some adapter exists that can let us do this.

I did come across the "Avantree Lock" receiver + transmitter kit on Amazon but one of the product photos shows the receiver needs the devices themselves to be wired (?).

Thank you in advance!

Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think either support microphones.

Okay... Now, I understand what you really looking for. You want something that supports full-duplex/bi-directional. Then in that case, these two would not satisfy your need. You might want to consider finding a dongle or bluetooth pc card that supports full-duplex/bi-directional.
