That's because you're literally plugging your ears. Your best bet would be something like the raptgo hook X, which is a more open design, or clip ons like some of the koss offerings.

As a rule of thumb, the more isolating, the more you will hear your own voice. That's why I only use open backs for playing games while on discord.

You'll get used to it. If you eat crisps/chips then you'll need to chew in time to the music

I would second that you can get used to it. It used to be an absolute deal breaker for IEMs with me, and even though I still find over ears more comfortable, the plugged ear effect doesn’t bother me nearly as much as it used to. I would think if you have mic monitoring enabled that should help rather than hurt, it provides that feedback of your voice that you’re missing.

I'm going to give it an honest try at getting used to it and not jump the gun. I do have mic monitoring on and it certainly helps but the vibration of my voice is quite strong as well. I'd say they're about almost equal in terms of volume level and that leads it into this weird thing of the voice mirror and vibration in my ears to compete.

You'll probably get used to it. When in ear headphones first became popular a few decades ago, many people had difficulty with hearing their own footsteps, pulse, voice etc including me. If you ignore it your brain tunes it out as useless info, bear in mind how popular IEMs and wireless buds are compared to traditional style earphones that don't have that effect.

Well that's not going to go away... You get used to it or not

Adding to what everyone else said, if you have and IEM and you use a tip that make you don't, you'll be losing a lot of bass (not to mention it will probably fall off more often than not.
