How do you clean headphones without removable earcups?

First of all I don't know how it gets so dirty, maybe my ears sweat too much in the headphones but I'm not really a sweaty person.

But it's so dirty now that I can scrape it off the leather cups, but the inside is way harder to clean and I'm just spreading the dirt instead of scraping it off. Any advice on how you clean them?

Get one of those glasses cleaners. Zeiss sells them by the bulk and they are cheap and work just fine.
