Only option is Google drive backup, after backing up it doesn’t appear in my cloud storage.

You can have a look at MobileTrans, but I would worry about the privacy. You basically give all your chats to a sketchy company. Why don’t you wanna reset your phone, since this gives an official way to transfer the chats.

I used backuptrans years ago it worked flawless that time but I don't know how it holds up to today.

Your chat history is tied to your phone number, so it should just reappear. You can also have it on an Android and and an iPhone simultaneously through the 'minimum/smallest width' Android setting tricking Whatsapp into thinking your Android phone is actually a tablet. One Whatsapp account, two phones. Nifty!
