I don’t have AirPod Pros and I was for sure asleep at 5:24 AM. I haven’t ever gotten a random connection to airpod pros like this before. Does anyone know why I would receive this?

is the message still there cause they still might, not to scare you 💀. It doesn’t prevent them from tracking you it lets you know that someone might be tracking you

No, I didn’t receive it again last night. I went to my settings and made sure to forget devices and check who I was sharing my location w etc.

They could also belong to a neighbor that once selected your iPhone using Bluetooth by mistake.
I’d go to Bluetooth settings & “forget” all devices. Same with wifi.
Also go to phone settings and change your iPhones name from “iPhone XR/11/13” to something more personal & unique

Nope. It’s a “safety alert”, meaning they’re not OP’s but some AirPods that have been moving alongside him for a while.
It’s an anti-tracking notification.

It notifies you so you know that their are airpods that have been near you for some time. It’s because it prevents people from tracking you using their airpods or airtags.
