I have an Iphone and the iOS is not booting. It restarts endlessly. The Apple logo shows, then dissapear, the screen turns off and the cycle repaeats I'm trying to access to DFU and recovery mode but non of them are working. I heard that when the OS doesn't boot is probably a battery problem. But I want to know if the battery problem won't let me enter this two modes.

I don't know how true it is, but I've heard that a significantly degraded battery can cause DFU boot loops. Not sure why, but maybe DFU mode temporarily shuts off charging, the battery is too degraded to power the iPhone, and the iPhone shuts down.
Yes. To function properly the phone needs a working battery. Usually if it's just degraded down to 80% or whatever, the battery is still very functional - you just won't get much out of it before needing to recharge.
If the battery has developed some sort of fault or has a failed cell or has super degraded or whatever, then yeah it can cause a multitude of issues, because the phone isn't designed to operate with such a battery, whatever the mode.
What leads you to believe that the battery is the culprit? A boot loop could be caused by many different things. If the only sign-of-life is when the charging cord attached, then it would probably be the battery. If not, then you’re probably barking up the wrong tree.

Yes but it's a boot loop that doesn't let me get into the recovery mode. So that's why I think that it can be related to the battery. Right now has no power left. When I connect it to the power source and charges a little, it starts to do the cycle that I explained. If you have more info about the boot loop I would like you could share it pls
Thanks. But, for example, right now the Iphone has cero energy left. The boot loop can be solved if I fully charge the device?
Was the phone near its maximum storage capacity? Had the phone gotten wet (particularly near the ear speaker)? Or dropped? Did you notice anything directly before the boot loop started?
usually boot loop is an indication of another error....
Like which one? Have more info?
for me it was loose connetctions on motherboard of once a broken board at all...
