If the customer contracted with Uber for the delivery it’s on the customer/Uber to sort it out. I’ve had no issues having purchases delivered from the Apple Store but Apple used their own couriers.

Nope, every Apple 2-hour delivery was a Postmates and is now an Uber Eats delivery.
