If you are asking if the phones Wi-Fi will connect to your router which just happens to use 4G then yes. It will. The source of your internet is irrelevant. Unless you’re getting the iPhone 4 for free why would you even bother? Get an X or an 11 if you want something cheap that will also work on the modern network
